Competition Agency fines four pharmaceutical companies

The National Competition Agency fined 4 pharmaceutical companies.

The four companies were observed to have violated  Article 7 of the Georgian Law on Competition within the framework of the state financing program of oncology medicines.

The fine was imposed on Aversi, GEFA, PSP, and Mermisi. The amount of the imposed fine is 53 million GEL.
