City Court discusses case of two juveniles accused of Khorava Street murder

Tbilisi City Court is discussing imposition of preventive measures against two juveniles, accused of premeditated murder into Khorava Street case.

Prosecutor’s Office demands imprisonment as a preventive measure for the both of accused.

The format of the session is closed as it refers to underage persons.

Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office presented criminal charges against two juveniles – G.B. and G.J. on the fact of premeditated murder, which occurred at Khorava Street in Tbilisi on December 1.
