Children of Georgian citizen being in Iraqi prison to be brought to Tbilisi
Three underage Georgian citizens, children of a woman, who is imposed life-sentence for being a wife of a fighter of Islamic State in Iraq, will be brought to Tbilisi today – Press Center of Justice Ministry told First Channel.
The underage persons will be taken to their grandmother and grandfather. The Georgian side reached an agreement with Iraqi authorities after long negotiations.
Tea Tsulukiani, Justice Minister, representatives of Foreign Ministry and family members will meet the children at the airport.
