Batumi Mayor resigns

Archil Chikovani has stepped down from his position as Batumi Mayor, announcing his decision via social media.

“I have decided to resign from the office of Batumi Mayor. Serving as the city’s leader was a great honour and a profound responsibility. I sincerely thank the residents of Batumi for their trust and support, and I am deeply grateful to the dedicated team I have worked with over the years to promote the city’s prosperity. Special thanks to the Georgian Dream family. I remain a loyal member of the team,” he stated.
