Association of Problematic Borrowers’ Rights advises citizens, whose debts have been annulled, to obtain the certificate confirming that they do not have any financial liabilities toward the financial companies.

The Association has released a statement, which states that the companies, which collect the problematic loans, have resumed their activities in terms of demanding from citizens to cover their debts.

The financial liabilities of more than 600,000 citizens toward the banks, online organizations and other financial institutions were annulled. Georgia’s Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze made the statement about government’s initiative at the briefing on November 19.
