Among new COVID-19 cases six are truck drivers

Marina Ezugbaia, Medical Director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, said that out of recent coronavirus eight cases, one is the contact of an already known infected patient and the rest are imported cases.

According to Ezugbaia, six are truck drivers.

“According to yesterday’s data, the number of confirmed cases was 931, it has increased by eight and at this stage, we have 939 cases, out of which 817 cured, ” – said Marina Ezugbaia, adding that 107 patients are currently being treated at COVID centers.
