Alexandre Khvtisiashvili met with the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Georgia

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Alexandre Khvtisiashvili, met with the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Georgia, Asunción Sánchez Ruiz and the Advisor to the Head of the Delegation, Julien Crampes.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting, the sides discussed the current situation in terms of pandemic and the issues related to travel to Georgia, including the arrival of international observers.

Alexandre Khvtisiashvili focused on measures taken by Georgia against the spread of the pandemic. During the meeting, the EU representatives were provided with detailed information on the ongoing efforts of the Georgian side to ensure the maximum number of international observers for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Georgia, including the special rules and transportation.
