From October 15, the ballet troupe of the Zakaria Paliashvili Tbilisi State Opera and Ballet Theater will present an outdoor performance in the yard of the theatre. The ballet troupe will perform Ludwig Minkus’ Don Quixote Suite.
A 45-minute version of the three-act ballet will take place outdoors in the courtyard of the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater.
Seats for spectators will be placed in a way to maintain the social distance.
The 169th season of the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater has not been opened yet due to the COVID-pandemic. Performances ceased in March 2020. Don Quixote is the first outdoor performance of the theatre.
