‘Even a few hours in Tbilisi is enough to feel Georgian people’s kindliness, values, cultural and religious traditions,’ Cardinal Secretary of State of the Holy See Pietro Parolin said at the event held in Tbilisi City Assembly (Tbilisi Sakrebulo) earlier today.

As Pietro Parolin noted, Holy See was the first among the international communities which recognized Georgia’s independence and opened a diplomatic mission in Tbilisi.

‘The Holy See fully supports Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,’ Pietro Parolin stressed.

Cardinal Secretary of State of the Holy See (Vatican) Pietro Parolin is paying a three-day visit to Georgia.
