Hotel not to be constructed in Vake Park

A hotel will not be constructed in Vake Park – Kakha Kaladze, Tbilisi Mayor said after the meeting with the owner of Budapest Hotel.

Tbilisi Mayor said that an agreement had been reached with the investor about the place. He also thanked all activists and those people who were protecting the green space of Vake Park.

Kaladze explained that no compensation would be paid to the investor and that an agreement on providing another place was reached between the investor and Tbilisi City Hall.
