Georgian PM meets Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General

Today, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met with Kamran Aliyev, Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General, the government’s press service reported.

The meeting at the Government Administration discussed the good neighbourly relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia, alongside productive cooperation across a variety of areas. The parties emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between the two countries. Special emphasis was made on regional security challenges, with a focus on the significance of cooperation in this field between the relevant institutions of the two countries, the press statement read.

The meeting at the Government Administration was attended by Georgian Prosecutor General Irakli Shotadze and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev.
