Georgia reported 2 058 coronavirus cases, 529 recoveries, and 22 deaths on Saturday, according to the Press Service of the Georgian government.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 808 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 363 cases and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region with 183 cases.
Georgia’s total case tally now stands at 238 086, among them 224 718 people recovered and 2 750 died.
There are 512 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 3 867 are hospitalized and 754 are treated at Covid Hotels.
