Zaal Udumashvili – What is happening in parliament today is a move against the country rather than against Nika Melia

What is happening in the parliament today is a shame and the move against the country rather than against Nika Melia – Zaal Udumashvili, a member of National Movement Party said when commenting about the decision made during the joint sitting of the Parliamentary Procedural and Legal Affairs Committees.

“I call on everybody for being clever. This has nothing to do with the position or opposition. What matters is the country’s future. Dictatorship is inadmissible,” Udumashvili said.

The Georgian Parliamentary Procedural and Legal Affairs Committees today gave consent that the General Prosecutor’s Office applied to Court with mediation to impose imprisonment to Nika Melia, MP of the National Movement Party.
