Yerevan to host Georgian visitors for free in connection with CBD COP17

The 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 17) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) will take place from October 19 to 30, 2026, in Yerevan, Armenia.

The Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan, Armenia, is the official host venue for the public Green Zone of the UN CBD COP17 (17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity).

Visitors, including those from Georgia, will be able to participate in the international program for free. The diverse program includes exhibitions, public discussions and cultural shows.

The event will bring together non-governmental organizations, scientists, artists, and participants from diverse fields from around the world. As part of the event, the visitors will learn about ideas and initiatives from various countries and engage in an international dialogue on biodiversity.
