World Forum for Democracy opens in Strasbourg

The World Forum for Democracy has been opened in Strasbourg, France.

The World Forum for Democracy 2019 will bring together intellectuals, politicians, activists, experts and young people from all over the world from 6 to 8 November to discuss the theme of democracy and the information age.

The annual forum is held under the patronage of the Council of Europe and the French government. The Abkhazian State Capelin and the band The Georgian Six will perform two musical pieces during the forum.
