Working format on EU recommendations to be open, People’s Power’s Macharashvili says

“Be there nine recommendations, 12 conditions or 27 agreements, the parliamentary majority will always perform it,” said Guram Macharashvili, a member of the People’s Power party.

As for the working format on EU recommendations, Macharashvili said the process would be open similar to last year’s format “when people publicly could see that we were working and the opposition was lazy. Moreover, it was sabotaging.

“People will also observe how involved the parliamentary majority will be in implementing these proposals beginning February 6, as well as how lax the opposition will be,” he noted.

According to Macharashvili, “the main problem in the radical opposition is that they publicly admit that the nation’s success of the country is the basis for their political failure.”
