At the Winter Olympic Games Milan–Cortina, Georgian skier Nino Tsiklauri competed in the women’s giant slalom.
Tsiklauri ranked 55th after her first run but improved her performance in the second attempt and finished the competition in 49th place overall.

Second run – 1:19.40
Total – 2:31.79
The giant slalom title was won by Italy’s Federica Brignone, with a combined time of 2:13.50.
