Whole world saw the strength of our people, PM says
Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said Ipsos Political and Public Opinion polls conducted by the former head of Central Election Commission under the United National Movement (UNM) government Levan Tarkhnishvili have no credibility.
PM said the “zero-trust” poll aimed to undermine the large-scale “triumphant” pre-election rally that the Georgian Dream party held on October 27.
“The whole world saw the strength of our people yesterday,” Irakli Garibashvili told reporters. The head of the government noted, about 150,000 people gathered at Freedom Square on October 27.
Prime Minister also remarked on ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili’s case, saying Saakashvili arrived in Georgia with a single intention to organize provocation and revolution.
