According to the Acting Minister of Health of Georgia, Ekaterine Tikaradze, Dr. Hans Kluge, WHO Regional Director for Europe, will visit Georgia tomorrow on December 18.
“We will have an important guest for the health sector, in particular, the World Health Organization Regional Director for Europe Dr. Hans Kluge,” Ekaterine Tikaradze said. According to her, Kluge will pay a five-day visit to Georgia.
“The visit is important to evaluate the previous period, but we would also discuss all future strategies of Covid-19 pandemic management and all the planned reforms in the healthcare sector. Our compatriot Nino Berdznuli will accompany the WHO Regional Director for Europe in his visit to Georgia. We will hold intensive consultations on all the reforms planned in the field of universal health care, primary health care, and the development of our technologies,” Ekaterine Tikaradze said.
