Voting for contenders of Georgian Idol, musical megaproject of First Channel, has been launched starting noon of January 25. The voting will be possible through Facebook once every 12 hours.
TV viewers should search for an official, verified page of Georgian Idol on Facebook from a computer, a smartphone or tablet, open a Messenger, find the favorite contender’s name and ‘Vote.’ Voting is also possible through calling a number assigned to every contender by subscribers of Geocell and Magti cellular communications companies.
Two contenders, who receive least votes in the first tour, will leave the project. The final top-10 of the project is known: Oto Nemsadze, Giorgi Nakashidze, Nini Tsnobiladze, Mariam Kakhelishvili, Ikako Aleksidze, Tamar Lachkepiani, Dima Kobeshavidze, Liza Kalandadze, Giorgi Pruidze and Beso Nemsadze.
Live shows will be held at Tbilisi Big Concert Hall starting January 26. The winner of Georgian Idol will present Georgia at 2019 Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).
