US State Department has prepared second package of sanctions against Russia on Skripal case
The US State Department has prepared the second package of sanctions against Russia with regard to Skripal poisoning case. Andrea Thompson, Under Secretary of US State for Arms Control and International Security, made the corresponding statement in the Senate.
As American media reports, that the new package of sanctions, presumably, will limit the export of American products to Russia. The introduction of restrictions for the Russian state air carriers is also planned.
The first package of sanctions against Russia over this case was introduced by the U.S. in August 2018.
