UNM's Bokuchava: I have long advocated for reform within UNM

“We have completed our visit to London, where we met with members of the House of Lords and the House of Commons of the United Kingdom Parliament, as well as representatives of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Despite Ivanishvili’s efforts, the West will not abandon Georgia. We will reclaim our homeland and return it to world politics for the benefit of the Georgian people,” Tina Bokuchava, Chairwoman of the United National Movement, wrote on social media.

In addition, Tina Bokuchava responded to former President Mikheil Saakashvili’s statement regarding the party’s renewal.

“Regarding President Saakashvili’s statement on reforming the United National Movement, I have been advocating for necessary changes for a long time. I welcome his willingness, despite the significant challenges, to initiate this process within the party. Freedom for the regime’s prisoners! Victory for Georgia!” Bokuchava wrote.

The former President Mikheil Saakashvili stated that he is planning radical changes within the United National Movement.

“I have not only changed my hairstyle, but I am also planning significant reforms within the National Movement. We will bring in the talented Nanuka Zhorzholiani to help lead this transformation,” he wrote.
