The Chairperson of the United National Movement, Tina Bokuchava, said that footage viewed by the lawyer of the October 4 Organizing Committee clearly shows that fences had been damaged in advance of the rally near the Presidential Palace on Atoneli Street.

According to Bokuchava, this detail supports claims that the State Security Service interfered with and infiltrated the event.

“The lawyer defending the members of the October 4 Organizing Committee told me he had repeatedly watched the footage, and it is clear that the fences were damaged before the rally began. This once again confirms what many in society already suspect — that there was interference and infiltration by the Security Service,” Bokuchava stated.
