UNM Tbilisi Office members quit party, Beso Gazdeliani says
The majority of the UNM Tbilisi Office have left the United National Movement (UNM) party, one of the former members, Beso Gazdeliani announced at Sunday’s press point, noting that current chair Levan Khabeishvili and his team “lost all the party’s value through informal governance.”
“Unfortunately, we can’t see ourselves there anymore (UNM).” We must make the painful decision to leave the United National Movement.
We are taking a step forward to fight for a better future for our country. Mr. Misha (Saakashvili), I want to wish you good health and freedom soon, we remain faithful to the ideas of the “Rose Revolution,” Gazdeliani stated.
The former members said they would join Nika Melia’s new party.
