Ukrainian tourists to stay in Georgian hotels free of charge, Ukrainian Embassy says
By the decision of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, all Ukrainian tourists who cannot return home due to the ongoing hostilities will be accommodated in Georgian hotels free of charge, the Ukrainian Embassy in Georgia wrote on Facebook.
According to the Embassy, assistance has already been provided to about 200 Ukrainians. Also, Georgian Tourism Administration has launched a free hotline to help Ukrainian tourists.
“By the decision of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, all Ukrainian tourists who cannot return home due to the ongoing hostilities will be accommodated in Georgian hotels free of charge. The assistance has already been provided to about 200 citizens of Ukraine. Also, Tourism Administration has launched a free hotline 0 800 800 909 to help Ukrainian tourists,” Embassy noted.
