Ukraine to start vaccinating people against Covid-19 around February 15
Ukraine may begin the first stage of its vaccination campaign against Covid-19 on February 15. This was announced by the country’s Chief Sanitary Doctor Viktor Lyashko, BBC reports.
According to Viktor Lyashko, the first batches of coronavirus vaccines can be brought to Ukraine around that date.
“We are talking about February 15. Somewhere so, maybe later. Many processes are at the stage of coordination,” Lyashko said.
He noted that only force majeure could prevent the vaccination from taking place in February. The official, however, did not specify what vaccine would be used.
