Türkiye’s Minister of Interior pays official visit to Georgia

Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkiye Mustafa Çiftçi, accompanied by a delegation, is paying an official visit to Georgia at the invitation of Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs Sulkhan Tamazashvili.

Sulkhan Tamazashvili welcomed his Turkish colleague at the Tbilisi International Airport.

As part of the visit, the Ministers of Internal Affairs will hold a meeting in an expanded format. They will sign a memorandum of understanding between the police academies of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Republic of Turkiye.

The two Interior Ministers will make joint statements for the media.
