Tribuna political union names Lanchkhuti mayoral candidate

Political union Tribuna has named its member Lia Mukhashavria as Lanchkhuti mayoral candidate to run in the upcoming local elections.

Mukhashavria is backed by several opposition parties, including United National Movement, European Georgia, Lelo, Zura Japaridze – Girchi, and Nino Burjanadze – United Georgia.

Tribuna also presented its election program and action plan, saying that Mukhashavria’s top priorities are the issues linked to water, roads, and the internet.

Local elections are scheduled for October 2.
