The main Christmas tree on Rustaveli Avenue in Georgian capital Tbilisi will light up on December 14, at 19:00, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced on Wednesday.
“Tbilisi will be the most magical, most beautifully decorated city for the New Year,” Kaladze promised in his Facebook video address.
The Mayor pledged “peace, development and steps on the nation’s EU integration path.”
“Let’s light the main Christmas tree of the capital together and wish for the victories of our homeland together,” the Mayor noted.
