Tbilisi's Godziashvili Park to host Children's Day celebrations

A series of events will take place in Tbilisi’s Vaso Godziashvili Park in celebration of the International Day for Children’s Protection on June 1.

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced at the capital’s government meeting that activities would commence at 4 pm.

“The event will feature a children’s concert, puppet theatre performances, costume presentations, finger theatre, an exhibition and sale of children’s literature, a drawing and illustration corner, and other interesting activities,” stated Kakha Kaladze.

The Mayor encouraged parents and children to attend and participate in the festivities.
