Tbilisi Municipal Inspection uncovers illegal land seizure in Nadzaladevi district

The Tbilisi Municipal Inspection has uncovered a significant illegal land seizure in the Nadzaladevi district near the Tbilisi Sea.

According to the Tbilisi Municipal Inspection, approximately 30 unfinished constructionს were illegally placed, covering up to two hectares of state and municipal land which was a designated recreational zone.

Illegal buildings and structures were dismantled, dozens of unauthorized fences were removed and the Tbilservice Group cleaned the area.

The municipal inspection’s intervention “aims to protect state-owned land and prevent unauthorized development in recreational zones.”
