Extensive traffic restrictions will be implemented across central Tbilisi on July 23 as global pop superstar Justin Timberlake performs at Dinamo Arena, with authorities coordinating comprehensive transportation adjustments to manage the sold-out event.

According to the Tbilisi City Hall, complete vehicle traffic bans will be enforced from 7:00 a.m. July 23 until 1:00 a.m. July 24 on key routes surrounding the venue. Partial restrictions will affect David Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, and Poti Street, with vehicles unable to access Akaki Tsereteli Avenue via Poti and Batumi streets during the restriction period.

To accommodate concert-goers, bus routes N384, N386, N311, N320, N315, N327, N306, N308, and N381 will operate extended hours until 2:00 a.m. onm. Organisers recommend early arrival and preparation for sunny weather conditions, advising attendees to bring water, sun protection, and wear comfortable clothing. No parking will be available near the arena, prompting a partnership with Bolt to offer discounted scooter rides for users parking at the Tamar Mepe and Aghmashenebeli streets intersection.

Security protocols prohibit food, beverages, professional cameras, metal objects, liquids, pyrotechnics, and noise-making devices. Permitted items include small non-professional cameras, electronic devices, perfume bottles up to 50ml, small bags, and personal care items. No storage facilities will be available due to the crowd size. Pets are banned due to noise health risks.

The venue operates on a cashless system with card-only payments, though cash conversion machines will be available on-site. Official Justin Timberlake merchandise will be sold at the venue.

Concert attendees are advised to monitor official channels for updates and allow extra travel time due to transportation modifications throughout central Tbilisi.
