Tbilisi hosts 12th Local Economic Development Forum

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze and Chairman of the City Assembly (Sakrebulo) Giorgi Tkemaladze attended the 12th Local Economic Development Forum.

Kakha Kaladze addressed the attendees, stating that the forum would be an excellent chance to discuss urban development prospects, current trends, and innovative methods while making the appropriate accents and exchanging experiences and ideas.

He emphasized Tbilisi’s rapid urban expansion, saying many important reforms and initiatives were accomplished despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Economic Development Municipal Service organized the two-day Sustainable Economic Recovery forum. Since 2007, the local Economic Development Forum has been conducted annually.
