Tbilisi City Hall to fully finance liver transplantation surgeries

Tbilisi City Hall will fully finance liver transplantation surgeries, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said at the municipal government meeting.

Within the framework of the program, GEL 120,000 is allocated per patient. Kakha Kaladze noted that 1,074 cases have been financed since the beginning of the program in 2015, up to date, for which up to GEL 60 million was paid to Georgian and foreign clinics.

Tbilisi Mayor wished Georgian citizens health and remarked that the municipality would help them solve health problems through different programs.
