Tbilisi City Hall restricts traffic on Rustaveli Avenue due to New Year preparations

Tbilisi City Hall will impose traffic restrictions on Rustaveli Avenue from midnight to 6 am on December 3 in connection with the New Year’s Eve preparations.

Vehicles can drive on Leonidze, Ingoroqva, Aleksanadre Chavchavadze, Griboedov, Baratashvili, and Tabukashvili streets. Traffic will be allowed from Melikishvili avenue to the rest of Mtatsminda streets through Janashia, Tarkhnishvili, Tatishvili, Chovelidze, and Zandukeli streets, and then by Barnovi, Gogebashvili, and Kakabadze streets.

Cars will be able to access Melikishvili Avenue and the Rustaveli metro station vicinity through Griboedov, Makashvili, Barnovi, and Shanidze streets.

Only traffic heading towards Rustaveli Avenue is limited. Vehicles can go through Mikheil Javakhishvili Street and the right bank of Mtkvari after turning on Rustaveli Avenue near the Olive Tree.
