Tbilisi City Hall begins receipt of applications from socially vulnerable students

Tbilisi City Hall will begin receipt of applications from the socially vulnerable and successful students to cover their tuition fees for spring semester within the framework of “Sub-Program” starting March 1.

The students, who are members of families having less than 70 thousand rating points and study at state or private authorized high educational institutions, will receive the funding.

The socially vulnerable students were receiving 562, 5 GEL each semester. About 6500 socially vulnerable students were financed in 2015-2017. This year, the budget increased by 200 thousand GEL and amounted 1 200 000 GEL in total.
