Tbilisi Airport operates with delays due to low visibility

Due to fog and poor visibility, there are delays at Tbilisi International Airport.

Several flights have landed at alternate airports due to the challenging conditions. In particular, the Doha-Tbilisi flight of Qatar Airlines landed in Yerevan, the Moscow-Tbilisi flight of Azimuth Airlines landed in Kutaisi, and the Jazeera Kuwait-Tbilisi flight also landed in Yerevan.

“Visibility is expected to remain low (350 meters) until 02:00, prompting airlines to divert to alternate airports,” Tbilisi Airport said.

Pegasus and Turkish Airlines cancelled today’s Istanbul-Tbilisi flights.
