TAV Georgia provides scholarships to Aviation University students

TAV Georgia General Manager Tea Zakaradze welcomed the Aviation University of Georgia Rector and students at the Tbilisi International Airport on December 7 in honour of International Civil Aviation Day.

TAV Georgia funded the tuition fees of five Aviation University of Georgia students with a scholarship. The students expressed their opinions to TAV Georgia Management and thanked them for their financial assistance.

TAV Georgia is one of the major employers of Aviation University students. Every year, scores of students and alumni from this university get employed at the Tbilisi and Batumi international airports.

“We collaborate not just with the Aviation University but also with other universities. Because the airport is growing, we want to hire more young employees,” Tea Zakaradze stated.

On Civil Aviation Day, observed globally since 1994, TAV Georgia’s General Manager honoured all those who work in the aviation industry.
