Tamar Kordzaia: Opposition fulfils people's will for Georgia to join EU

Tamar Kordzaia, one of the leaders of the Unity-National Movement, stated that the opposition is fulfilling the will of the Georgian people, who aspire for the country to become a member of the European Union and establish a democratic, progressive state.

According to Kordzaia, the Georgian Dream is acting in line with Russian interests, promoting Russian narratives, and opposing the will of Georgian citizens.

“The ruling party violates the Constitution, undermines free media and civil society, and openly discusses eliminating opposition parties.

The opposition fulfils the people’s mandate for Georgia to join the EU and advance as a democratic nation,” Kordzaia remarked.
