The events that took place during the use of force, the previous developments as well as the cases of excessive force should be legally responded, – Tamar Chugoshvili, First Vice Speaker of the Georgian Parliament made this statement.

As Chugoshvili noted, the most difficult was that due to irresponsible and criminal actions, which took place at the rally, it became necessary to use force.

“The events that took place during the use of force at the rally, the previous developments as well as the cases of excessive force should be responded legally. This legal response will be open and transparent so that no questions remain on either side. I’m absolutely convinced. The legal responses are essential. The political responsibility was assumed by the Speaker of the Georgian parliament, he stepped down and the political response of our team is crucial, this is a fundamental change of the country’s electoral system in the nearest future” – Chugoshvili stated.

When asked whether she sees the political responsibility of Interior Minister Giorgi Gakharia, Tamar Chugoshvili answers that she does not see it.
