Supreme Council of Adjara to present two candidates for GPB Board of Trustees

Giorgi Kokhreidze and Tamila Dolidze, two candidates for the Georgian Public Broadcaster’s Board of Trustees, will be presented by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara to the Georgian Parliament.

In today’s plenary, the two candidates earned 14–14 votes (with one abstention). The Council will present the candidates to the Parliament of Georgia within three days.

Prior to voting, the United National Movement faction walked out of the session in protest.
