Students with suspended status will be granted the right to mobility if their request for status reinstatement is rejected within the higher education reform, and taking into account the restriction on student admissions to certain educational programs at state-founded higher education institutions for the 2026–2027 academic year.

According to the Education Management Information System (EMIS), based on the amendment, the educational programs and the number of students to be admitted to state-founded higher education institutions have been determined for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Therefore, those students whose status is suspended in an educational program for which the university has restricted student admission, and who are denied status reinstatement for this reason, are granted the right to mobility for the 2026–2027 academic year. They can continue learning at other higher educational institutions regardless of the tuition duration.
