“We continue to fight; we are strong, determined, and united. No one is intimidated by such punishments. On the contrary, we have a clear and well-understood vision of the process we are engaged in,” said Giorgi Vashadze, leader of the Strategy Aghmashenebeli party.

According to him, Georgia is currently under the rule of Ivanishvili’s regime, which seeks to close the door to the European Union for all Georgian citizens.

“We are fighting for Georgia to become a member of the European Union, to embrace democracy, to have a fair judiciary, and to ensure equality before the law for everyone. We will undoubtedly achieve this. The truth will prevail. When opponents are imprisoned, it only proves that those in power are afraid — they fear because they are weak. We will definitely win this battle,” Vashadze asserted.
