State Minister meets EU’s Toivo Klaar

State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Tea Akhvlediani met with Toivo Klaar, European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia.

The State Minister emphasized the importance of the role and involvement of the EU in the peaceful conflict resolution process, including promoting the restoration of trust between artificially divided societies.

Sides discussed the humanitarian and human rights situation in the occupied regions of Georgia.
