State Minister for Reconciliation meets OSCE Special Representative

State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Tea Akhvlediani, held a working meeting with Ambassador Viorel Moșanu, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus, on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry’s press office, Tea Akhvlediani emphasized the necessity of the OSCE’s active participation in the process of peaceful settlement of the conflict.

The parties met to examine the outcomes of the 117th meeting of the incident prevention and response mechanism, as well as the serious consequences of unlawful occupation of Georgia’s Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions.

The need for continuing international cooperation was underscored, reads the statement.
