State Flag flies at half-mast on Government Administration building
In connection with the 18th anniversary of the August 2008 Russia-Georgia war and in commemoration of the victims of military hostilities, the state flag flies at half-mast on the building of the Georgian Government Administration.
At the order of the government signed by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, in honor of the memory of those who died as a result of the large-scale military intervention carried out by Russia in Georgia for the illegal occupation of the Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions of Georgia, state flags are lowered on the buildings of administrative institutions throughout the territory of Georgia.
