SSG reports ‘borderization’ along Tskhinvali occupation line

The Russian occupation forces resumed the so-called ‘bordarization’ process, illegally installing metal poles and barbed wire near the village of Khurvaleti, Gori Municipality, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSSG) reported on Wednesday.

The SSG said it had activated a hotline and notified the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) of the fact, stressing that the issue would be raised during the IPRM meeting and the GID.

The agency underscored that “the occupation forces bear full responsibility for the destructive actions carried out in the occupied regions of Georgia and along the occupation line.”
