SSG: Occupying forces unlawfully detain two Georgian citizens in Otobaia
Occupation forces unlawfully detained two Georgian citizens in Otobaia village of the occupied Gali region, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported.
The SSG said it triggered all the available resources to release the detainees shortly. The SSG, through a hotline of the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM), received a notification that Georgian citizens were charged with the organization of illegal migration and were kept in the pre-detention cell.
“The occupation forces bear full responsibility for the destructive actions carried out in the occupied regions of Georgia and along the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL),” the SSG said.
