Speaker to take part in 147th IPU Assembly

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili leads the parliamentary delegation to participate in the 147th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) on October 23-27.

The Assembly is taking place in the capital of Angola, Luanda.

During the visit, the Speaker will address the Assembly session and engage in bilateral meetings with other parliamentary speakers.

The Georgian parliamentary delegation includes Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Salome Kurasbediani, Deputy Chair of the Environment Protection and Natural Resources Committee.
