“As Georgia cannot be complete without the European Union, the European Union cannot be complete without Georgia. This is one historical and cultural space we belong to,” said the Chairman of the Parliament Shalva Papuashvili at the annual meeting of the Advisory Council under the Culture Committee of the Parliament.
The Speaker believes “Cultural diplomacy will no doubt play a crucial role in the final restoration of this space.”
“Historically, Georgia has considered itself part of the European space. From this perspective, our expectation for the decision that lies ahead is to continue to participate in the development of Europe,” Papuashvili stated.
